The role

Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join an expert practice located in Colchester?

Working closely with the Partners you will be dealing with a wide range of conveyancing duties that will include; House sales and/or purchases, Flat sales and/or purchases, Buy-to-let sales and purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared equity transfers, Transfers of property within a family, Grants of easement, Declarations of trust, Powers of attorney

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships are essential
• Salary is very competitive and above market rate, in addition you will receive an industry leading benefits package
