My client is a leading Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Law Firm based in Yorkshire and they have multiple offices throughout the region. They are looking to grow their Charity Law department with the appointment of an experienced solicitor

The role will cover all aspects of charity work, including the formation and registration of new charities, incorporations, mergers, governance, constitutional amendments, trading and fundraising, dealing with the Charity Commission and other regulators, and advising social enterprises.

You will be a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE and will have managed a caseload of your own. You will have excellent communication skills and will have excellent attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to become part of a great time and to progress your career further.
