A leading regional practice with significant strength in their core commercial litigation and real estate group are seeking to appoint a property litigator to join their expanding team in Cardiff.
 
The commercial litigation team expanded last year and the property litigation side of things has now grown extensively so the firm is looking to add another property litigator to join the team with around NQ-3 years PQE.
 
You will come in to a small caseload of commercial issues/disputes which are property related, working closely with another experienced solicitor and the commercial property department.
 
The role will be full time and to be considered for this property litigation solicitor opportunity you must have some experience of property litigation matters and completed a seat in your training contract in this sector with another leading regional or City firm. You must also have the desire to develop this offering and help grow the department.
