Job Details
Established for 30 years, our client is a growing 5 Partner private practice law firm. The firm is based in Wokingham, and is well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout the Thames Valley and beyond.
They are seeking a Commercial & Property Litigation Solicitor to join the current practice. Work will include a wide range of disputes including lease renewals, dilapidations, service charge disputes, forfeiture and possession proceedings and boundary disputes.
You will act for claimants in property-related negligence claims.
Regularly advises landlords and tenants on their rights and liabilities in insolvency situations, including claims against former tenants and guarantors and disclaimer of leases.
You will also advises landowners and developers on property rights affecting development sites, including easements, covenants and adverse possession claims.
The ideal candidate will come from a reputable firm, known for its commercial & property litigation.
The team is Partner lead and you will work closely with three other experienced fee earners.
This is a significant opportunity - one that offers excellent quality of work coupled with an attractive remuneration package, working for a family friendly law firm.
This role, based in Wokingham, can be either full time or part time.
