You will work within one of the most reputable departments in the South East where your responsibilities will include freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and new builds.

The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are seeking to hire a Senior Residential Property Solicitor (2 Years+ PQE) into their Bexleyheah, Kent office

The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development, subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.

The Residential Property team deal with buying and selling property, re-mortgaging, new build properties, affordable housing, shared ownership, bridging loans, and many more areas.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives will also be considered)
• Have a strong billings history
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, plus a bonus structure of up to 20% of all billings
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
