The Role

The firm are seeking to recruit a new Corporate Associate into their outstanding City of London office.

You will join a well-established department that deals with the highest quality of work, with a very varied client base which includes SME right up to well-known International companies across a number of industry sectors. You will join a friendly, professional and dynamic team.

You will deal with a broad Corporate caseload which will include; M&A, Joint ventures, Investment Structures, Corporate Governance and Commercial Contracts.

This role would be suited to an ambitious candidate, looking to join a market leading team and given the investment to rise the ranks.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE
• You will work well within a team
• You should be ambitious and wanting to progress
• Remuneration is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure and benefits package
