Job Details
This is a unique opportunity in Lincolnshire for someone who wishes to stand out as the go-to person in an office.
Perhaps you are an experienced Commercial Property specialist who is currently in a bigger team, but would relish the challenge of helping a firm increase their profile and you would be driving that yourself particularly.
You should have a strong skillset across Commercial Property in areas such as Development, Acquisitions, Commercial Leasing and Landlord and Tenant work. You will also have experience of commercial development sites, acquisition and assembly.
The main remit here is to build up the profile of the firm, attracting new work sources and building on the existing client relationships.
There will be the chance to add extra team members as you go along, and they would be also part of future marketing and business development plans set up by yourself.
Applications from relocators will be considered but you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Lincolnshire area.
