Private Client Lawyer
This expanding full service law firm with an enviable reputation in Private Client work wishes to appoint a Private Client Legal Lawyer, with at least 5 tears PQE, who may be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a Private Client team in their Worcestershire office.
The successful Private Client Legal Lawyer will be highly skilled and proactive and expected to provide a high quality legal service on all aspects of Wills, Trust and Probate work. The Private Client Lawyer role will also involve working for elderly and vulnerable clients, including Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and administration of client affairs, drafting wills, administering trusts and advising on inheritance and capital gains tax issues.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented Private Client Lawyer to move to an established law firm that is enjoying a period of sustained growth.
