Senior Family Solicitor

The Role

The firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join their flourishing St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

The Family Law department is thriving, they are very busy and have had a real influx of high-quality work. The team specialise in all aspects of Family Law & divorce including work on international matters.

You will need to be able demonstrate a history of fee generation from referrers but also by generating your own work, so you will need drive, energy and a desire to business develop.
You will be at the forefront of this growing department, working alongside the Partner to further drive the department forwards, now is an exciting time to join in terms of growth and prospects attached to the role.

This position comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership long term.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will be experienced in running your own caseload
• Essential that you are happy to work to develop your own work
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills are necessary
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
