Job Details

A Legal 500 law firm has an opening for a commercial property paralegal to join it's thriving real estate team.

Based in the Liverpool office, you will be responsible for assisting on the sales and purchase of large scale housing schemes across the UK, this will involve dealing with client enquiries, performing land registry searches, collating title and deeds and research.

Succesful applicants will have prior paralegal experience within real estate.
