Paralegal / Solicitor (NQ) - Family (Dispute Resolution) - Horsham

An award winning legal 500 firm based in the heart with offices in both London and across The Southeast. The firm have an excellent reputation with a clear commitment to innovation and creativity with a professional yet personal approach to all they engage with. The Dispute Resolution team as a whole resolve matters for a wide range of clients both on an individual and commercial basis. This particular role forms part of an established Family team based in Horsham.

This is a very exciting time both locally for the department at this office with the recent addition of a new Partner heading up the team and an increase in business requiring the addition of expertise in the team to assist the senior partners and associates with their work.You will be responsible under supervision for your own caseload of work and own fee targets (commensurate with your own experience). The team are keen to bring onboard an experienced Paralegal, Legal Executive or NQ Solicitor.

If you have a genuine interest in Family Law with some previous experience of divorce; matrimonial finance disputes; pre-nuptial agreements; Children Act; matrimonial arbitration/mediation; cohabitation disputes this would be an excellent opportunity for you to develop your career. Further knowledge of general family related legislation and relevant case law will be seen as highly desirable. This is a role where you will benefit directly from the supervision and closely working with some very established and technically proficient Solicitors and Partners, you will manage your own caseload in line with your current level of experience which itself will develop and increase over time.

This is a very close team who work extremely well together, they all have excellent qualities and have a team focus and client centric vision of the firm as a whole in what is a very professional yet relaxed working environment. Though the firm are very much a modern and commercially focused partnership they haven't forgotten what is to deal with what are often incredibly stressful times when it comes to this particular area of law.
