Job Details
Our client, a Legal 100 practice, is seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join the Commercial team in Reading.
The department operate in a range of key sectors including energy, healthcare, transport, telecoms and financial services and particularly digital business.
Responsibilities of the role will include drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements including:
- complex IP and IT agreements
- advising on outsourcing transactions
- major supply contracts and complex commercial projects
You should have sound drafting skills and good technical knowledge, and an interest in contributing to the development of the practice.
Taking a lead role in marketing activities and in managing client relationship is also a must.
Experience from a major National or London firm always be an advantage.
