The Role
This firm are looking to hire a Senior Employee Incentives Lawyer into the team in their prestigious City of London office.
The team specialise in advising on the design and implementation of remuneration structures and incentives, providing ongoing assistance in operation and handling the impact of corporate transactions on the rights of scheme participants.
Lawyers within this dedicated team are experts in all aspects of employee benefits, incentive plans, employee benefit trusts, executive tax planning as well as corporate governance and regulatory & compliance work.
Clients include venture capital entities all the way through to multinational organisations. They also support the firms Corporate team on transactions including PE deals, M&A, flotations and business reconstruction so there is a real opportunity here to develop and grow your skills as a lawyer across a diverse range of areas.
Requirements:
- Established with at least 3 years PQE as a Senior Employee Incentives Lawyer with strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent academic achievement with minimum 2:1 degree.
- Solid depth and understanding and expertise in all areas of Employee Incentives.
- The ability to lead and support specialist complex matters, liaising and coordinating with fee earners from other relevant disciplines as needed.
- Willing to support business development activity and drive forward strategies for growth.
