Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Sheffield

Our client is one of the UK's leading national practices. Due to their continued success, they are seeking to appoint a commercial litigation solicitor to join their team based in Sheffield.

This firm are well renowned for being able to attract and retain some of the best talent on the market and have been recognised in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for.

You will be working in a close knit team of two associates and a partner from leading firm backgrounds. Hence, the insight and quality of supervision you will receive will be excellent.

The role will involve working on a wide range of disputes including shareholder and director disputes, breach of contract and breach of warranty claims, professional negligence matters, matters of fraud and contentious insolvency work.

To be considered for the role, the ideal candidate will have had at least 6 months experience in commercial litigation and eager to commence a career in dispute resolution.
