A fast growing organisation is looking for RTA, PI and Credit Hire Fee Earners to join their busy team. As a result of a recent influx of work, they require 3 Fee Earners in total. Applicants with both pre lit and post lit experiences are welcome.

Further to the above, a minimum of a years experience is essential within which you must have gained strong off portal knowledge. The company has ambitious plans to become one of the industry leaders and therefore, they want competent professionals who are trained to the highest standards and take pride in their work and the organisation.

Duties will include:

* Handling a full caseload of RTA/PI/Credit Hire Pre/Post Litigation matters
* Working independently, handling own caseload
* Coping well under pressure
* Building strong relationships with clients
* Using MOJ Portal
* Using Proclaim case management system
* Dealing with Stage 3 and Infant Approval matters
* Dealing with Credit Hire, Storage and Recovery
* Demonstrating excellent inter-personal and communication skills when dealing with clients, other parties and colleagues.
* Demonstrating good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
* Having the ability to plan and prioritise your case load effectively
