Job Details
PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR This Established Law firm are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor looking to take that next step in their career, joining this growing Property Dispute Resolution team based in St Albans. The successful candidate will have commercial property litigation experience in areas such as lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, service charges, rent reviews and trespass.
They will also, ideally, have some experience in residential property litigation in particular in lease extension and enfranchisement. There is some flexibility on experience levels, and we would like to hear from candidates from 5 years PQE up to a more senior level.
