The Role

The firm is seeking to hire Commercial Property Legal Executive as part of their post-completion team into their thriving Oxford.

This specific role will involve, but not be limited to; dealing with SDLT and Land Registration applications, transaction planning, completing the SDLT returns, liaising with clients to organise payment, completing the land registration forms, dealing with requisitions and managing the team's workflow.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Legal Executive, possibly FILEX/CILEX qualified
• Experience gained either at a Private Practice dealing with residential or commercial property would be beneficial
• You will receive excellent training and supervision
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent written and communication skills
