The role is open to applicants with experience levels from recently qualified to mid-level. You will need a solid grounding in Property transactions. The work will include: sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, lease renewals, lease extension, new build, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, and dealing with help to buy schemes. It will be primarily Residential Property work with some Commercial; therefore, successful candidates must have experience in Residential Property.
