The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Dispute Resolution Partner or Dispute Resolution Solicitor into their Reading office.

You will be joining a highly experienced team and is an interesting role as it deals with both Contentious and Non-Contentious work.

You will deal with a high quality of work, working side on side with Chambers ranked Partners. You will deal with SME right up to National companies. They deal with legal and industry support service from inception to completion of construction projects with specialist ability to advise clients during the life of the contract/project to avoid disputes or lessen the impact on the progress of the project/costs. They carry out all standard non-contentious and contentious work as well as specialising in managing risk in bespoke procurement.

Requirements:

• You will be a Construction Solicitor or Construction Partner with 5+ years PQE
• You should have a portable client base to bring with you
• You should have strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
• You will be used to dealing with your own marketing & business development
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure.
