An extremely reputale and highly renowned Legal 500 recognized Property Litigation specialist law firm based in central Liverpool, are currently expanding its technical and complex Property Litigation team and are looking to hire with the hire an enthusiastic Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ level+) who has a genuine interest in Property Litigation and a strong background in the same.

You will be a confident Property Litigation Solicitor with a solid background dealing with Property Litigation matters as your new role will see you take on a caseload of technical and complex Proeprty Litigation matters including: ground rent arrears, lease extensions, breaches of leases and breaches of covenant and commercial property litigation etc.

Joining this friendly and close knit specialist department, you'll be guided by experienced Senior Solicitors and the Head of Dept who will be on hand to provide support in order for you to develop and ensure that work is continuously being completed to the highest standard.
 
Ideally you will posses previous Property Litigation experience gained as part of your training contract, however if you are a strong litigator with good commercial awareness and have the genuine desire to move into Property Litigation then you are actively encouraged to apply for this role.
