Operations and Strategy Manager

Our client is a leading international law firm with an interesting role on offer for anyone looking to move into project management and strategy / operations. This Operations and Strategy Manager role is completely new for the firm, the aim is to take work away from various partners across the litigation group and consolidate it in one person and so it is an opportunity to really shape things around you.

Working closely with partners across the entire litigation team, you will be heavily involved in a number of key projects across the department and will be working closely with the international head of litigation to ensure that these projects are well managed.

The work on offer is incredibly broad ranging and could include anything from driving, implementing and influencing departmental strategies; engaging with practice group operations relating to marketing, finance, HR and IT; co-ordinating international Partnership conferences across the business; and much more.

This Operations and Strategy Manager role would be suited to someone who is looking for a new challenge and is perhaps looking for a role that will allow them to be more strategically involved in a business and get involved in change management. Organisational skills are key for this role, as project management will be the bulk of the work. It's essential that this person has a strategic approach and is used to delivering as you will be working alongside some of the brightest minds in litigation within a practice with an outstanding reputation within this area.

The ideal candidate could perhaps be a lawyer who is looking to move away from a traditional fee earning role, someone who wants to use their skills in a completely different way.
