Your new role
This public sector organisation's legal department provides legal advice at all levels, both strategic and operational across the organisation. These areas include international R&D collaboration, intellectual property ;licensing procurement, grant agreements, business development and contracts.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a senior solicitor (5+ PQE) or qualified barrister with a commercial background gained in either Private Practice or Industry or Public Sector. The core requirements of this role are experience in Intellectual Property, Collaboration Agreements, Commercial Contracts and some Risk Management. The ideal candidate will also have experience of State Aid work.
