Job Details
This qualified Family Solicitor or FILEx vacancy is needed for an established law firm, based in Walton On Thames, with offices across the South East, who have developed long lasting relationships with an array of medium and high net worth clients and family businesses.
The firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years post qualification experience to work in the team advising on an array of family matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Divorce, Private Children Act proceedings, medium to high value matrimonial finance, cohabitation disputes and some non-contentious matters which include drafting cohabitation agreements, deeds of separation, pre and post nuptials agreements.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a good eye for detail, and who takes pride in the quality of service they provide.
This a superb opportunity to work for a well respected private practice firm in Surrey, who offer a friendly and supportive environment.
