A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a mandarin speaking Senior Litigation & Disputes Lawyer to join a leading law firm. The Role:

  • The Litigation & Arbitration department are recognised as the largest disputes practice in the world.
  • You will be joining a team that has an unrivalled reputation for high quality work, supporting some of the world's largest organisations, leading enterprises, emerging companies and institutions.
  • This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside some of the best Partners & Practitioners in the industry.
  • They provide support with all aspects of Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations including Cross Border work, Corporate Litigation and Commercial Contract disputes, Global Governance & Compliance, Real Estate Litigation, White Collar Crime, Class Actions as well as Antitrust and Banking & Finance Litigation.
  • They require a lawyer with broad litigation experience (the broader the better) with fluent mandarin language skills to help grow and develop clients in the relevant geographies.
  • Significant international cross border knowledge and experience is imperative to this position.
  • The successful hire will also have experience in managing junior lawyers, trainees and support staff.

Requirements:

  • You will be an experienced international Litigation & Arbitration lawyer.
  • Fluent in Mandarin.
  • Must have strong academics and credentials from a reputable university.
  • Experience in management and mentoring of more junior team members is essential.
  • The role will be a mix, however strong experience in Arbitration is required. As well as significant experience in cross border work.
  • You should have strong technical knowledge and be very commercially astute.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key.
  • Salary is well above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus and benefits structure.
