Our client, a rapidly-expanding and forward-thinking law firm in Devon is seeking a Family Locum to join their reputable team to assist with an excess caseload of predominately private matrimonial and financial family matters, working with a varied client base. The assignment is due to commence as soon as the ideal candidate can start and is likely to last for at least 2 months, with the possibility of extension.

The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience of overseeing a caseload of family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, ancillary relief proceedings, cohabitation and Public and Private Law Children Act proceedings.

This well regarded firm, based in a pleasant coastal town in the South West, are ideally seeking a part-time locum to assist on a flexible working basis. Furthermore, dedicated secretarial support from an excellent and highly-experienced secretary is available full-time.

The rate of pay on offer is expected to be £25 to £40 per hour, depending on experience. If you are an exceptional candidate and require a higher rate, please do enquire.
