List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates

In August 2012 the List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law was published. The Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency and Office of Rail and Road are now joined by Natural Resources Wales, the Care Quality Commission and the Office for Nuclear Regulation (the Board Members). All Members of the Regulatory List Board now intend to update the list of advocates to conduct their higher court prosecution work and other regulatory advocacy.

HSE will be undertaking the administration arrangements for the selection process on behalf of all Board Members. However the selection process itself will be conducted jointly. It is intended that all instruction of advocates in prosecution and related matters by the Board Members will be by reference to the Regulatory List.

Applications are invited from 24 October 2018 and the closing date for applications is 21 November 2018 at 16:00.
