The Role:

The firm is currently recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer concentrating on New Homes for their Reading office.

Now is an exciting time to join the office and the role will come with good prospects for progression. You will work alongside a highly experienced, Legal 500 ranked, Residential Property teams. The firm deal with an excellent quality of work.

The team have recently acted on several very high-profile cases therefore you will be used to managing a complex and demanding caseload.

Their dedicated tier 1 ranked team rival that of many international and national law firm practices in terms of expertise and scale. They are highly regarded in the industry for using their diverse range of experience to work with developers on large scale projects.

You will be conducting plot sale transactions from reservation to completion working closely with the Senior Management team and assistants to provide a smooth transaction & transition process.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, ILEX or Licenced Conveyancer
• Experience of working on new home transaction would be an advantage
• First-class client care skills are essential
• Good at organising yourself, prioritising your workload and working minimal supervision
• You must want to be involved in business development initiatives
• This role comes with good prospects for progression for the future for a self-motivated applicant
• Ability to build and develop client relationships is essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an exceptional benefits package
