OUR CLIENT
A leading regional commercial business, our client is a full-service
law firm with a particular strength in the property sector. Our client’s
property practice includes a renowned and high-powered
multi-office residential development team.
The team has well-established client relationships with a number
of high profile residential developers, ranging from household-name
plcs to smaller and more bespoke businesses. The team also
advises developer consortia on larger scale projects. The scope
of instructions covers the full life-cycle of residential development
projects, from option and promotion agreements through to
plot sales.

THE ROLE & YOU
Business growth and a highly active client base has created
a number of strategic openings for experienced land
development lawyers to join the multi-office team in key roles.
You will lead on interesting and high profile land deals which
could include option/promotion work, land and site acquisition
and the trading and sale of sites.
You may currently be an experienced private practice lawyer
or an in-house lawyer interested in a return to private practice.
Whichever the case, you are likely to have at least 5+ years’
of relevant experience and be looking for an opportunity to bring
your skills to bear in a firm where residential development work
is core business.
There is scope for you to be based in any of the firm’s South
West or Midlands locations, to suit.
