Experienced property lawyers required for freelance work drafting know-how materials.

The Role

This is a short term project to produce practice notes on any of the following areas:

  • The Electronic Communications Act 2000 and its implications for property practitioners;
  • Property issues in a matrimonial context;
  • The impact of the Insurance Distribution Directive on property practitioners;
  • Fire safety in residential buildings (covering the provisions in the Housing Act 2004 and the Housing Health & Safety Rating System ("HHSRS")) and how they overlap with other fire safety legislation;
  • Checklists on how to conduct sales in an insolvency situation. For example, sales by administrators, mortgagees, receivers, trustees in bankruptcy etc.

About You

This work would suit an experienced property lawyer 5pqe+ with experience in one or some of the areas above, excellent drafting skills and the ability to use clear, concise language to explain the law.
