A reputable and highly regarded firm in Brighton is looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join its growing team.
As a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will have an excellent understanding of relevant commercial law and typical agreements and your caseload will include purchases and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, terms of business etc.
Working with very knowledgable partners, this practice offers excellent learning and development opportunities.
