Due to continued growth this medium size firm, are looking to add to their Property team.
Our client have an excellent reputation for property work and are regarded as good employers. They are currently seeking a transactional property lawyer to handle a mixed, residential and commercial property caseload to compliment the existing team.
The role on offer will suit an energetic & technically competent individual. The firm are looking for a qualified solicitor but may also consider an experienced legal executive or licensed conveyancer who can manage their own files. They are very busy and have a caseload of quality transactions.
The ideal Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to demonstrate:
- 3 or more years' PQE
- Good client skills
- Previous experience with residential & commercial property transactions is essential
- Experience of Lease extensions and Enfranchisements would be a distinct advantage
