A Personal Injury Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent Insurance Fraud re train opportunity with a Top 50 Defendant law firm based in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

My client is an international, award winning Insurance practice with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Litigation Fee Earner to join the market leading Fraud department.

You will investigate and resolve pre and litigated files where fraud is suspected, managing your own caseload.

Applications are invited from both Defendant or Claimant Solicitors, Legal Executives, Fee Earners or Paralegals from a Personal Injury background looking to re train into Insurance Fraud. It is essential that you have experience of working on litigated files.
