Our client, a close-knit law firm in the South West is seeking a Property Locum to assist with an excess caseload of predominately residential conveyancing, working on a varied caseload, with particular emphasis on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. The assignment is due to commence as soon as the ideal candidate can start and is likely to last for at least 2 months, with a strong likelihood of extension.

The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience of overseeing a caseload of conveyancing matters. Knowledge and expertise within commercial property is desired, as many of the transactions involve commercial elements, including lease extensions and agricultural properties.

This well regarded firm, based in a pleasant coastal town in the South West, are ideally seeking a part-time locum to assist on a flexible working basis, 3 days per week. Furthermore, dedicated secretarial support from an excellent and highly-experienced secretary is available full-time.

The rate of pay on offer is expected to be £35 to £45 per hour, depending on experience. If you are an exceptional candidate and require a higher rate, please do enquire.
