One of the largest conveyancing law firms in the country are looking to add an experienced conveyancer to its home working team which continues to grow nationally. 
 
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, including: Complex matters, shared ownership, new build, right to buy and remortgages. Maintaining focus on client service/care and handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers and other solicitors.  

The firm specialise in a volume conveyancing approach and have honed the process over the many years they have been established, which has lead to their huge success. With offices regionally based, they are now looking to appoint new experienced residential conveyancers who would like to work within a high performing, fast paced role, based from home.
 
In order to benefit from this rare conveyancing solicitor opportunity, you will be an experienced conveyancer that is well accustomed to managing a caseload of 100+ residential property files from start to finish, with minimal support. You will either be a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner with at least 5 years’ experience.

Additional to the home working environment, you will also benefit from an annual bonus based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction.
