Banking Lawyer

Your new company

In particular, the Gulf engages in corporate, finance, projects and infrastructure services with both Omani and non-Omani clients aiming to foster long-term working relationships and support the continued growth of business ventures in Oman and the wider Gulf.

Your new role
In Oman, the firm are looking to appoint an associate to practice a diverse range of transactions including leverage & project, regulatory, real estate and debt capital market finance advice. You will handle your own matters (with limited supervision), be involved in practice development and have a high level of direct client contact. You will also expect to assist Partners and Managing Associates on more complex matters.

What you'll need to succeed
The role will be best suited to a qualified Lawyer with close to 3-4 years' post qualified experience and excellent academic achievements. You will have strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills as well as experience in business development and client relationship building. Ideally, you will have experience working at a recognised banking firm, however other backgrounds will be considered.
