The team have rankings in the Chambers and deal with a really interesting and varied workload. The team act for businesses serving a number of market sectors including retail, investment property businesses and act for a number of well-known brand names including some FTSE 200 companies. The Real Estate department deals with Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases, Secured Lending, Asset Management, Planning and Development work.
You will be a Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate between 3-6 years PQE. You will have good client skills and be strong at business development and networking. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE plus an exceptional benefits package.
