The Birmingham team is a well known Banking team which has a national reputation. The firm are a high flying city firm with a mutli-service offering across all commercial areas of law.

You will have sound banking experience and be able/ready to lead transactions as well as to manage the banking aspects of larger corporate deals. You will be
given support to help you develop your experience and career in the a very active Midlands finance team.

Applications will be taken from solicitors and associate level fee earners at 1-5 years PQE who are looking to progress their careers in a positive working environment wheer career progression is most definitely available working on most of the main UK panels.The firm are looking for people who have had good exposure to good panel work, transactional work and who have perhaps trained or gained experience in a big national unit within a city firm.

Perhaps you trained within Banking Law but your post qualification experience has been within the fields of corporate, commercial, insolvency, restructuring or real estate litigation. The firm would be open to hearing from people with transferable skills who would be open to a career within Banking Law.

The firm will also consider people coming back into private practice from a stint working in-house. What is important though is that your own experience has enough depth to handle the specific challenges you receive with private practice clients.
