Deputy Director of Claims Management
This is a newly created senior leadership role within the Claims Management service. The Deputy Director of Claims Management is accountable to the Director of Claims Management for:
- Providing strong and effective leadership for the operational delivery of our 5 year strategy, ‘Delivering fair resolution and learning from harm’ by engaging, motivating and leading high-performing teams;
- Seeking out and pursuing improvement opportunities that deliver measurable benefit; and
- Contributing to the development and delivery of policy including the work required to establish and administer a state-backed scheme for GP indemnity.
