Job Details
An Internationally recognised Ligation firm are looking to recruit a proven City level Commercial Litigation lawyer to join their team.
The firm have a particular focus on Competition, Banking, Consumer and Human Rights as well as general Commercial Litigation. The firm work predominately on the claimant side and have an exclusive client base that includes multinationals, HNW individuals and SME's.
The work is often cross boarder / multi jurisdiction, it is challenging, interesting and high level.
The firm are looking for an experienced lawyer with general commercial litigation experience, managing all aspects and running large-scale disclosure exercises. You will have knowledge of CPR and experience of all key stages of litigation; disclosure, witness statements, working with experts, applications and CMC.s.
