Our Corporate Team has continued to enjoy increasing volumes of work and is now looking to strengthen its offering by the appointment of a client focused lawyer.
 
Corporate Team Profile :  The team acts for a broad range of clients including SMEs, Owner Managed Businesses, Investors, Banks, Oxford University Colleges, Charities and Schools.
 
They are also involved in the corporate aspects of large property transactions including major ground rent acquisition projects.
 
This role will involve a broad range of work, and candidates will need to demonstrate experience in dealing with corporate transactional work including sales and purchases of shares and/or business/assets, MBOs, joint ventures, investments, re-organisations, corporate recovery and general corporate/company work.
 
Some banking work, in a corporate context would also be useful.
 
Not only will you be able to display commitment and enthusiasm, you must also have a versatile, solutions orientated and strategic approach to issues.
 
Skills Required: You will possess excellent legal analysis, drafting and communication skills, both verbal and written. Be able to interact effectively with clients to prioritise their work in order to fulfil their objectives.  Be capable of assuming responsibility and able to work with minimal supervision.
 
Display fresh thinking, creativity and commitment.  Be able to work not just independently but as an active and enthusiastic team member and be able to demonstrate experience of business development.
