Looking for an exciting new opportunity as a Real Estate Paralegal in Manchester? If so, our industry-leading client are seeking the right person to join the expanding team.
The Role
As Real Estate Paralegal you will be managing your own caseload of commercial property transactions to support the operational functioning of the practice. You will be getting involved with the preparation of stamp duty land tax submissions, registration applications, pre-completion searches and more.
The Person
The ideal candidate for this role should be able to demonstrate:
- Having 12 month's experience in a Paralegal role in a commercial property environment.
- A good understanding of the entire process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A good team spirit
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to commute to the Manchester office on a daily basis
