You must be a qualified Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / FCILEX and have a minimum of 6 years' experience managing your own caseload with at least 2 years' experience of management. You also will need to be prepared to visit different offices & partners within the area.
With the offices based in affluent areas you ideally need to have gained experience of dealing with properties in excess of £1,000,000+ however experience of dealing with issues such as complex leaseholds would also be advantageous.
Salary is based on prior experience and PQE level, however there are added benefits such as bonus scheme and on site parking included.
