The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Senior Associate

They have considerable expertise in dealing with high value, bespoke and more complex Residential Property work. You will deal with a varied caseload of Conveyancing matters, including; Sales and purchases, Freehold and leasehold, Help to buy, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity, New builds and lease extensions.

You will work alongside the firms other Partners and will be at the forefront of this successful department. You will deal with an excellent quality of work.

The Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least four years PQE
• You will have strong Residential Property technical knowledge
• You should be an excellent business developer
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for someone who has hit a glass ceiling regarding progression
• You should have an excellent technical knowledge with an eye for detail
