Company Commercial Paralegal – London

This is an exciting In-House opportunity for an experienced Paralegal based in Central London on a fixed term contract. Working within an established in-house legal team the successful paralegal will provide support to the Corporate Counsel assisting with Corporate M&A transactions, Contract management and negotiations. This is a hands-on role and as a paralegal, you with be required to draft legal documents such as business transfer documents, letters of novation, deeds of variation, commercial contracts, and legal correspondence and additionally negotiating and finalising documents with clients, trading partners, and insurers.  This role is suited to an experienced paralegal who has previous experience in a busy corporate department and applicants will be considered from private practice and in-house backgrounds.

The candidate:

• Previous experience working in a similar role is essential
• You will have an Undergraduate Law Degree with a minimum of a 2:1 grade
• You will have completed the Legal Practice Course
• You will possess a working understanding of contracts and company law
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Excellent IT skills
