An excellent legal firm with offices in Sussex and Central London who's clients include not only regional but both national and international reach across both private and commercial matters that include some highly specialised niche areas of law.

The firm's property dispute resolution team acts on behalf of individuals and companies irrespective of whether they own and occupy the property, occupy it as tenant or own and let it out to tenants. The expertise of the legal professionals across the department has proven to be invaluable time and time again on a wide range of property disputes. The team in Brighton is growing and it is now time to add a further Litigator to an already well established set up.

The firm would like to speak to Solicitors with at least 5 years PQE and a varied portfolio of property litigation work within their acquired expertise. A large part of your caseload will consist of Landlord and Tenant work with some general commercial litigation work also. An ability to work unsupervised and manage your own caseload is key, you will have the benefit of support in the form of some very well established partners all being recognised and respected for the quality of their work.

This is a successful firm who are keen to bring on board talented solicitors with their own long term ambitions.The firm are a relaxed yet professional team and very much focus on providing a collaborative and friendly culture to work in and develop your career.
