Our industry-leading client are seeking an RTA Paralegal to join the MOJ Portal team in Bolton.

The Role

As an RTA Paralegal you will be managing your own caseload of Litigated Recoveries. You will be drafting various legal documents such as witness statements, claims forms and DQs. You will be negotiating quantum on appropriate cases and reserving all key information and ensuring it is accurate and updated in a timely manner.

The Person

The ideal candidate for this role should be able to demonstrate:

- 12 months' experience as a paralegal dealing with RTA claims using the MOJ Portal
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to commute to the Bolton office on a daily basis
