Corporate Paralegal
A South West specialist commercial practice, is seeking to appoint a bright Paralegal to join its corporate division in Exeter.
The team advises across the full scope of corporate matters, to include M&A, corporate finance, start-ups, restructuring, shareholder agreements, MBO’s and MBI’s, venture capital, private equity and joint ventures.
Applications will need to demonstrate a good understanding of corporate transactions, strong commercial acumen and be extremely driven.
