Private Client Solicitor sought to take on a diverse caseload for leading Legal 200 firm, based in Buckinghamshire.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join this leading firm based near Amersham, Buckinghamshire. The successful solicitor will be acting for a wide range of individuals, including high net worth clients and deal with a diverse range of private client matters.

  • Drafting Wills
  • Probate and administration of estates
  • Lifetime tax planning
  • Drafting trusts
  • Advising in relation to Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
The Candidate
  • Applications are encouraged from newly qualified solicitors to those with two years’ PQE
  • Educated to degree level, 2:1 and above
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Have a flexible approach and able to work within tight deadlines
  • Proficient in IT including Microsoft Office
