Our client is a truly international, award-winning law firm based in the heart of the legal district in Manchester city centre. Their highly regarded real estate team is seeking to bolster the team with the hire of an experienced commercial property solicitor due to continued success in a vibrant market. 
 
The real estate team has proven to be a key competitor in the North West and is responsible for huge ongoing local developments that are changing the Manchester skyline. They deal with the whole spectrum of real estate transactions ranging from small scale national matters to large scale international developments. The team consists of a number of notable and well-renowned specialist commercial property solicitors with in depth knowledge across a range of industry sectors. They boast an impressive list of clients including major developers, funders and investors. 
 
This is an excellent real estate role for a commercial property solicitor seeking to join a firm with a strong, international presence. Your role will be hands on assisting partners and senior lawyers in relation to support national and international investors and developers across a wide range of sectors including major retail, mixed use and office developments, property financing, commercial landlord and tenant matters, as well as portfolio acquisitions and disposals. 
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work closely with key clients and continually maintain and develop strong relationships with them. You will also be involved with business development activities including meeting existing and potential clients which is your chance to build up your profile within the firm and particularly amongst those key clients. 
 
To be considered for this real estate opportunity you will need to have worked at a national or recognised regional firm with good academics (ideally 2:1 or equivalent), but if you have strong real estate experience in a regional or national firm, please still apply. You should also have a flexible approach to meeting client demands. Our client is seeking a solicitor with strong technical knowledge who can demonstrate commercial awareness. The firm will offer excellent ongoing training and progression for a bright and enthusiastic solicitor at 1-4 years' PQE as well as a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
