THE ROLE
The Property Lawyer will advise the Woodland Trust on property matters including acquisitions and disposals of commercial and agricultural freehold and leasehold land. You will hold a diverse and interesting caseload of mixed property matters including commercial leases, licences, wayleaves, agricultural tenancies, options and easements. The role will work closely with Land and Property colleagues in taking instructions and providing advice. 

In this role you will have the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience that comes with working for a charity with a large and diverse land ownership.


THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for an enthusiastic Property Lawyer with post qualifications and experience. You’ll be solution focused when it comes to problem solving and keen to develop your existing property related experience; especially in relation to commercial and agricultural property matters. You’ll possess exceptional communication skills and will be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll thrive when working as part of a team or autonomously. Finally it is really important that you have a keen eye for attention to detail as well as being highly organised.
